Our programme has been developed in partnership with an innovative Icelandic pedagogical model which has been successfully operating for the past 27 years.

The programme emphasises each child’s sense of control and empowerment, together with the attendant responsibility.

Daily activities are planned by the child in advance and there are elements of scarcity which introduce the potential for negotiating and prioritising.

Another important aspect of our programme is that we separate the sexes for most of the day, as we find that this permits a more supportive environment for developing skills, particularly for girls. The limited contact time also serves to enhance the value of interactions with the opposite sex.

We also leverage modern technologies in a way that supports, rather than distracts from, the core objectives of our curriculum.
